My experience with the people at Audi Santa Barbara was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I especially liked that there was no pressure to buy. Of course I found the car I liked anyway and Kyle was a joy to speak with while we waited for the paperwork. (they also have a great mocha machine!)
I liked how Carlos took the time to slowly and calmly describe all the features in the car.

From the moment I contacted them about getting the car I did a build for on the Audi website, the experience was as one of no problems. Jimmy Trieste made sure the return and processing of my lease turn in was absolutely taken care of with no problems of any kind. My new car was delivered early, was exactly what I desired and had a couple little enhancements that just made everything that much more enjoyable. There was a small problem with the Summer in the finance team that took longer than anticipated, but even that, once it got rolling, was painless. Hey, everybody has an off day.

I highly recommend the Santa Barbara Auto Group for any new vehicle purchase or lease. And by the way, their service department is OUTSTANDING as well!

We got a 2024 Audi Q50 E-Tron from Audi Santa Barbara. Chris Nelson the sales rep made us feel very welcome and was helpful when we inquired about the Audi Q50 E-Tron, there was no sales pressure and we are delighted to have gotten our vehicle from a local dealer. I lot of people say there are better deals from other dealers outside of Santa Barbara but I say try your local dealer, you will be surprised at the deals they are making. As the owner of a local business in town I say keep it local, shop Santa Barbara.

Have bought a lot of cars in my time, but this was the finest experience ever.Mr Wong introduced me to Jimmy Trieste after hearing I was interested in the Q5 when my wife was returning her loaner .Jimmy was the coolest "salesman" , never knew he was selling.Big smile, kind demeanor. He knows Audis. The paperwork was made more than tolerable as we met a young woman who could also smile and knew what she was doing. After we bought the car Chad Damon ran me through the key points of the car and I have called him twice and stopped by this morning with more questions. Congratulations Audi,you have a helluva team.

On a road trip from Denver and needed an oil change. Scheduled an appointment very easily online. THEN, we had a leak through the sunroof with the massive rain out here. They were able to get the part needed to fix it AND get the car back in a timely manner so we can head back home. We were given a loaner car to use so we could still visit the beaches (as we were on the last leg of our road trip).
