Took my R8 to a great service advisor who knew her stuff. She kept me well informed about everything my Audi needed. I had a great experience at McKenna Audi Norwalk service department thanks to my advisor Juan Morales who assisted me with my vehicle after an unexpected visit. Juan went above and beyond providing excellent customer service. I left my vehicle in their hands for a few days and he took care of getting me a loaner vehicle and provided updates while my vehicle was getting repaired. I would definitely recommend Juan and his amazing service department team.

Great experience at McKenna Audi’s service department. Came in for my annual service without an appointment. A friendly staff member greeted me at my car and guided me towards some refreshments and the lounge area. They accepted my coupon from another Audi dealer which blew me away. Hands down the best experience I’ve had with a dealership’s service department! Will definitely be back.

McKenna Audi is the best Audi service in California. I have had my 2020 Audi serviced in a few other locations that left a lot to be desired, to the point that I stopped taking it to any dealers. I was referred to Mckenna Audi and decided to give a dealership one last shot. I will never go anywhere else and now drive from San Diego to get my car serviced here because I know that it will be taken care of, very quickly. My sunroof was leaking (as my car model does) and they were able to fix it fully under warranty, after I was told by another Audi dealer would cost me $700+. They were also able to do some other work under warranty that was unexpected and a very welcome surprise. Some of the other major bonuses at McKenna are the really communicative and professional service advisors and manager, the ample refreshments in the service department, and how clean the car always is when I pick it up. High end service all around!

Update, I purchased a new vehicle but the salesman Ben Mitchell gave it to us with no front plates, no owners manual and this is our 4th vehicle here at Mckenna Audi. The salesman Ben Mitchell hasn't even tried to make it right and it has been over 2 weeks. On a good note Evelyn Burgos has stepped in to assist and she is not even in sales person. What a shame .

Disappointing experience at Audi, paid almost $4,000 for repairs, drove the car three times in 2 weeks and now they are telling me I need repairs on my radiator, when at the beginning I had paid $600 to do a full check up. Their excuse, it’s been two weeks and that’s how it could have become an issue. Rather go to some experienced mechanics next time.
