There is a reason why I have purchased 8 cars to date from this dealership. Joseph Quinonez is my go to for sedan and SUV vehicles all day. We work directly with Zabih now. I remember walking out with 3 Audis from Joseph in one day for the family! With Zabih we traded in our A6 for an A8L then the A8L for our newest addition the 2023 A6 All Road to park next to our 2024 Q8 etron.

I was in the honeymoon stages with the etron but it still oozes luxury and so smooth. I look down and I have to pull my foot off the pedal to slow down as it is easy to exceed the speed limit withiut realizing it since it is so quiet and smooth on the road.

I really enjoyed the A8L but with the new 2023 A6 All Road I am really excited to add the paint matched cargo storage and calipers soon. We had them ceramic coat and tint the windows for us before we picked it up.

We recommend friends and family often to this dealership. If you are in the market tell them David sent you!

Had a great experience working with Diana to lease my new Audi. The facility itself is undergoing construction but the customer service and sales experience was top notch. We tested out a few other brands before choosing Audi, but Diana went above and beyond to make sure the car was pulled out and ready to test drive before we got there for our appointment. She was professional, knowledgeable, and wasn't pushy to the point of being off-putting, unlike some of the other places we went. We appreciated how smooth and relatively quick the paperwork process was as well, you could tell that they had done everything possible to do things in parallel so it was just a few quick signatures and we drove away! I'm not yet in the market for a second Audi but I can wholeheartedly recommend that if you are, that you give the nice people at Audi Stevens Creek a chance!

My Audi A3 e-tron was giving me a low battery warning. My 12 volt battery was going bad. My car manual said the 12 volt battery replacement required special tools and technical skills (new one to me but I get it, it's an Audi). I called Audi to schedule an appointment and get a quote for the battery replacement service. The service wasn't cheap and I asked to verify the price quoted was for parts and labor. Agent verified this was the total cost for the service minus tax.

When I brought the car in for the service I was given a bill for almost 40% higher than I was quoted. The onsite service agent told me this was the correct price and he was not sure who gave me the original estimate or what it was based off. I gave approval for the repair and told him I'd make a call back to the Audi service line and see if I could get to the bottom of it all. He said that was fine.

Here's why Audi is world class. I spoke to an agent and explained my issue. He told me they would review my calls and look at the notes taken by the agents and would do everything in their power to make it right. Ends up the first estimate was in error and the agent failed to account for additional programming needed once the battery was replaced. They honored the original quote and I was a very happy customer.

Alex Ewing was our salesman and he provided us with all our options regarding purchasing the Q5 we were currently leasing versus leasing a new vehicle and the associated costs which he printed out for us. He was very kind, knowledgeable, responsive and low pressure which we greatly appreciated.

Overall we were very impressed with this dealership and all members of the sales team that we encountered. We will definitely lease from them again. We will also recommend them to our friends as they make leasing or buying a car a very nice experience.
