Super soirée au MODUL’AIR avec une ambiance au top, un personnel accueillant et un lieu bien conçu. Cependant, l’hygiène des toilettes laisse vraiment à désirer. L’odeur est insupportable, et l’attente de 15 minutes minimum est inacceptable.

Mixed feelings about Modul'air. While the music and artists are undeniably excellent, the organization leaves much to be desired. They charge €3.50 to use portable toilets, cup return system is separate from the bar, and there's no refund for unused funds due to their app-based payment system. Not their fault, but the people generally suck: glued to their phones and pretentious.

Great music,
Terrible business practises:

-You have to download the Modul'air app to receive your tickets. First red flag.
-To buy a drink you need to transfer money to the app. Each transfer will cost you 0,75 EUR.
-It is unclear how to transfer your money back to your bank account once the event is over. Transferred too much because you wanted to avoid extra costs? Too bad.
-Want to go to the toilet? Expect to pay 3,50 EUR for a toilet bracelet.
-You can get "free" drinkable water at the toilet area, you know, the area you have to pay for to get into in the first place.

The music is great, the atmosphere is great, but management show very little respect towards the attendees with these shameless practises.

Don't forget you're voting with your wallet.

super nice Venue maar de kluisjes waren raar want je kan meerdere openen met 1 sleutel. en vond de tokens die je moet komen beetje weird, je moet namelijk 13 euro sowieso uitgeven om überhaupt iets te kopen. maarja wel een super coole plek 👍👍

No refund policy - lost 30€ in the wallet and impossible to get refunded after for remaining funds. Not acceptable for a party organiser to earn money on our back - and against T&C policies.

Good venue but with poor management! They force visitors to use their payment wallet app but don’t refund their remaining balance (with no prior notice of this no refund). They violate the trust party goers put in the event management team.
