Fete & Festoon were absolutely fantastic and helped us plan the wedding of our dreams. About 3 months before the wedding, Anja started off by capturing all of our wedding details through a survey to get a pulse on where we were with planning. From that point on, she took the reins of managing our vendors, creating our wedding day timeline, and helping me finalize my vision for decor. As a person who can get overwhelmed with details, Anja was patient and organized in helping me prioritize tasks and make decisions. She is definitely an expert in her craft, and was asking questions to our vendors I didn’t even know I should be asking!

The night before our wedding she led the ceremony rehearsal and provided instruction and guidance to the wedding party and family members on their responsibilities and what to expect. This allowed my husband and I to go into the ceremony the next day with confidence that everyone knew their roles and positions. Then, throughout our wedding day, Anja and her team had everything arranged and ready to go, removing the stress and uncertainty for us and allowing us to focus on having fun and enjoying our day.

Throughout the process, she was calm, professional, and organized and was such an asset to our wedding planning experience. She really took the time to get to know us and understand what we were envisioning for our wedding, and then made sure it was perfectly executed. Even after a short conversation with her, you can sense her talent and experience, and having her as a resource was invaluable. If you are looking for coordination and planning assistance for your upcoming wedding, I would highly suggest hiring Anja and her team!

I can't say enough great things about Anja and the Fete & Festoon team. We had was such a wonderful experience. Anja assisted us with day of coordination however, began helping us a couple weeks in advance to ensure we had everything we needed for wedding day. She also began working with our wedding vendors prior to wedding day to ensure they had everything they needed for the wedding. This was especially helpful because we had to hire a lot of different vendors (tent rentals, bathrooms, etc.).

On wedding day, Anja and her team went above and beyond. I felt so relaxed and comfortable on wedding day knowing that they were there. They set up all of my decorations day of exactly how I wanted them and coordinated with all of my outside vendors. They are organized and professional and have amazing energy. Everyone in my wedding party and all of the other vendors I worked with had only great things to say about Anja and her team.

They worked with us to create a timeline, floor plan, and managed vendors on site for the day of the event. Facilitated the ceremony rehearsal the day before the event, making sure all family and wedding party members were on point. They handled last minute requests with ease and confidence.
