Rachelle catered for us (4 adults and 4 kids ) for a week recently. We had the weeds menu for 6 nights.. and the cheese course as well - It was incredible! Every single dish was delicious!! We were blown away by how good her food was. She managed to produce the delicious meals around the chaos of our young kids. She was so nice and easy to get a long with as well! Can’t recommend her highly enough! Thank you again!

What a wonderful way to end our week in Morzine and celebrate my birthday. Rachelle has been fantastic from the initial enquiry email to packing up and leaving us with a spotless kitchen. The food and drinks were delicious and made all the better with the stories detailing how ingredients were sourced. 100% recommend!

Astonishing vegetarian buffet for 25 people. Everything Rachelle made was purely delicious & beautiful. Surprising yet always perfectly balanced textures and tastes of wild leaves, flowers, aromatic plants and vegetables. The pear pavlova... oh Dear!!!!

Rachelle catered for us (8 adults and 11 kids ) for a week in February.
The kids menus made 7 to 14 year olds happy , and all dishes were made from scratch, the ice cream station was a massive hit!
The adults had a mix of blossom and the weeds menu for 6 nights. Every night was a feast for the eyes and senses.
So many new flavors , we were all so impressed at the thought and effort that went into every dish.
She and Joe were so nice and easy to get a long with as well! Can’t recommend her highly enough! Thank you

Wow! I was lucky enough to enjoy a delicious brunch made thoughtfully and lovingly by Rachelle recently at a yoga retreat. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the 'sauvage' local plants she had foraged and included in her dishes made this a special experience. The oyster mushrooms she grows are amazing! I enjoyed first the beautifully presented feast with my eyes and then tasted the gorgeous combination of flavours. Loved everything and would highly recommend Blossom and Weeds

Rachelle is a stellar, creative chef and I honestly cannot rave enough about her food!

I’ve had the pleasure of eating Rachelle’s food for a couple of years now as she catered on retreats that I ran in partnership with AliKats, and since then, I’ve also had her cook for a few special events for our family.

Rachelle is hugely passionate about showcasing local, seasonal and wild produce and this is what sets her apart. Her inventive food will inspire you to think differently about what to eat throughout the year and it is a joy to eat!

Also important, Rachelle is able to accommodate all diets and be a true collaborator if you have some ideas about the theme, flavours or experience you’re looking to have in and around the meal.
