I was in the market for an SUV and came to Audi west covina to check out their inventory. We were long time customers with Benz but switched to Audi because of Malik's spectacular service. He was patient and accommodating as we test drove multiple options on their lot. He walked us through all the features and options and the sales manager Mo was great as well. Ultimately, we settled on an SQ7 and couldn't be happier!

I was lied to buy Malik the sale man, Bryan rhe sales man and the fiancing person . Got a 2016 Honda Odyssey used and its not fair they gave me a price of 25,968 with taxes and fees and warranty 4 yrs included and they lied after convincing my mom and talking to bryan which i have messages hes giving me a price and including everything plus the calculated interest for 72months he tells me just to come and I did 50min drive so they charged me higher price for the van and no warranty at all ...which they promised it was included. Theyre liars . SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO ELSE WHERE. I find it not fair I had my 2 kids and baby really in need of a car and they do needy of money to over charge someone and not even go threw with what they say and the amount they give to customer. When signing you will see a complete higher price

Next day they message me hows it going with the Honda for me and I told them what happen and the lady even said thats not right they shouldn't of done that if he had already gave you a price and shes like you can talk to my GM. But never cared to make it right ..

At the Audi of West Covina service department, Michael provided exceptional assistance when my Audi faced an issue. He swiftly got me in and out, delivering the best service I've experienced in a while. A solid 5 stars for his outstanding service. If your Audi requires service, Michael is the person to reach out to. Worth noting that this review is solely for the service department – I called the sales department before, and their friendliness didn't match the service quality, leading me to purchase my Audi from another dealership.

Unqualified service technicians. DO NOT BRING A RS CAR HERE for service. Brought my RS3 in for check engine light and drive train malfunction. They had the car for 4 months and was not able to fix it. They did replace the camshaft which by itself is not a normal recommendation after speaking with another Audi service department. While they had my car the service advisor told me that the tech doesn't know what to do to fix it. They recommended a series of fixes that I would have to pay for that they were not sure if it would fix the problem. I took my car to an RS certified dealership to get the issue resolved. Bottom line is that they have no clue how to work on RS cars.

The salesperson Chuk Emmanuel was extremely professional and informative. He was not overly assertive and took my comments into consideration in terms of how well any particular Audi model would fit my needs. I did not end up buying, but if the opportunity arose where I would get an Audi, I would certainly go seek him.

This review is for Mark Amri, top notch service and follow through. Kept his word on a business matter that we had unsolved since late 2023. I can’t thank him enough. I walked in there never wanting to business with his company again. I left feeling optimistic and now I am wanting to trade my Q5 for a Q7. Haha
