Exceptional service from Mohamad and David to lead my husband and I to the perfect Audi. We waited a little while as the car was being detailed and David so graciously went to a shop next door and got us snacks and waters. They truly displayed above and beyond hospitality. We felt comfortable the entire time and left feeling like we got a great deal.

I purchased my audi from this dealership and I had to come back from San Jose bc they needed to repair a damage that was present before the purchase and the rental car I got was a courtesy vehicle and it was so dirty inside and a downgrade from what I was driving. When I finally got my car back, my car was full of dirt inside, low on gas and I found a vape pen inside. I had to get a detailing done, the whole process was inconvenient. When I purchased the vehicle I was never even offered a sip of water and the financing guy was rude and cold. Not the best experience sadly

Excellent service from David and Mohamad.
Very knowleadgeable on different fronts, they took the time to answer all my questions and I truly felt like they care about providing the best customer service and make sure the customer is happy. Highly recommended.
They were not pushy at all and I felt comfortable around them the whole time.
I purchased a new 24 S3 and the whole process was really smooth.

My 2023 Audi A3 had issues with its MMI interface that prevented me from being able to connect to CarPlay and Bluetooth without a lengthy wait each time the car was started. After 4 separate service visits, the issue was finally resolved thru the oversight of my amazing service adviser, Chris S. He was fantastic, genuine, professional and very considerate. He took care of me through the months it took to getting this issue resolved, but my car is now functioning as designed. Thank you Chris, for taking such great care of my car. Hats off to you!
