Audi Queens has continue to exceed my expectations every time. From the moment I drive into the service department, Daniel greets me with a warm and friendly smile. He ensures that my car is washed and that I leave happy with the service provided.

Sebastian, the service manager, leads an outstanding team of experts who are truly the best in the business when it comes to working on cars.

Recently, I had the pleasure of leasing my car from Stephanie, and she truly went above and beyond to make the experience seamless and enjoyable. Stephanie listened to my preferences and worked tirelessly to get me the car I wanted at a price that I felt comfortable with. She was always available to answer any questions, even after regular working hours, which I greatly appreciated.

Jayson, the financial manager, was fantastic in explaining everything thoroughly, from the paperwork to coverage details. His attention to detail and professionalism made the financial aspect of the transaction straightforward and transparent.

Despite living in Long Island with two closer Audi dealerships, I choose to go the extra mile to Audi Queens because of their exceptional customer service. I just recently returned a lease. My first lease was a 2019 Audi A4(which i absolutely loved), and I was thinking about what to do next. I sat with Patricia, and I have to say she is the best to work with hands down and the best at what she does while still putting her customers first. I never felt pressured/rushed, which is what i felt when going to other dealerships. My wife and I recently leased an Audi Q7 from Audi of Queens and we couldn’t have been happier with the service and the whole experience. Purchasing or leasing a car can be a pain in the a** but we can honestly say for the first time in our entire lives that this was as stress free and hassle free as humanly possible. And it’s all thanks to our salesperson Stephanie and the finance manager Jayson. We can’t speak highly enough for these two amazing individuals. They made everything effortless, helped my wife and I get the car we were praying to get and made us feel like family. How any other dealership could perform better than Audi of Queens I highly doubt. Audi of the Queens is the top of the food chain! Stephanie followed up with us after getting the car to ensure we were happy (we are thrilled) and Jayson was a true pro as well and did everything he could to make sure we were happy. They both are super intelligent and know their industry and were extremely patient. Anyone thinking of getting an Audi don’t go to any other Audi dealership. Go straight to Audi of Queens and ask for Stephanie and Jayson. You will not be disappointed. I hope whoever is in charge is reading this because both Stephanie and Jayson deserve a HUGE raise.
