As for my car itself, I couldn’t be happier with my new Audi! This is my first electric vehicle, and I was a little nervous. But Edgar made sure to explain all the details. I visited the dealership expecting exceptional service and a seamless buying experience, but I was incredibly disappointed. The sales rep Algeny was condescending and dismissive. My family and I visited this dealership in hopes of purchasing 3 different vehicles. While the showroom was immaculate, the lack of genuine customer care tarnished the entire experience. Considering the premium price tags of their vehicles, I expected a level of professionalism and courtesy that was sorely lacking. As a result we left and drove to Lexus where the customer service was unmatched. I won’t be returning and would caution others against wasting their time at this dealership.

I had the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I was passing through with my etron and needed a charge. The service manager, Shaun and service advisor Peter were extremely professional and accommodating. In fact, I told them about my experience at Danbury Audi, my local dealer and they said they would take care of a recall that they refused to fully fix after 2 visits. They gave me a loaner car and completed the recall service as well as the safety inspection. Best service experience I’ve ever had!
