I don't leave reviews often however this warrants for one... These people are thieves.. we had a device uninstalled in October of 2022 and YEAR later, yes I said a YEAR now all the sudden we are getting charges from AlcoTest with no communication whatsoever, no call, mail, email NADA... we called to find out why and we were told because he still owes $337, got a detailed report and it is missing that he paid for two recalibrations, those r required or you don't drive and they do them on site so you wouldn't get your car back if you didn't pay, plus little fees here and there, cc processing fee for $3.20 and document processing fee, and the big one... they are saying we never paid for the discontinuance, $80 dollars, that includes getting it cleaned up and sending back to the manufacture, however we paid the place to have it uninstalled and no one ever told us we had to pay that... what was a $675 total has now turned to close to $1k.. these guys r shady and you can not speak to their accounting department, only can email and you get no response but u sure do get a new charge on ur cc after you email them. I am going to be contacting the BBB and the best part, they are no longer going to be able to charge because the card has been closed, u don't want to communicate you don't get your money.
Good luck to whoever chooses them, they will charge you a year later.

DO NOT USE ALCOTEST THEY LIE TO GET YOU TO SIGNED UP. WAS TOLD I WOULD BE FULLY REIMBURSED FOR THE INSTALLATION COST WHICH WAS TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN CHOOSING THIS COMPANY. TO FIND OUT THEY ONLY REIMBURSE $90. WAS LOCKED OUT BECAUSE I LEFT MY CAR RUNNING WHILE I WENT INTO THE GAS STATION AND THEY CHARGED ME $80 TO “UNLOCK” IT. LADIES RESPONSE TO SAYING I WOULDVE CHOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY THAT WOULD HAVE FULLY REIMBURSED ME WAS “THEY ALL SAY THAT”. ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS SINCE HAVING THIS PIECE OF CRAP INSTALLED AND THINGS ARE ALREADY STARTING TO FALL OUT OF THE WOODWORK. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND USE SURESTART

I do not recommend going through these people. Apparently Lissa left and it’s gone downhill. Multiple occasions I’ve called Morgan about my device giving me lockouts, which has cost me $80 each time. Totaling approximately $400 extra in just 2-3 months. Each time I call they tell me “our tech will look at the data right now” and then I never hear back. I get another violation and call again and they still haven’t done anything but continue to keep charging me the lockout fee. Just save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere that is reputable and competent

I have had my breathalyzer for over 2 yrs and haven't had many issues and when I have they had been addressed fairly quickly. Lessa left who was the manager for many years and was the person I dealt with on a regular. I called in because I will be out of town and wanted to see what the best options were for me, I was advised that there was nothing they could do and I would be charged a $75 fee if I missed the calibration and a daily fee as well there after. I have no other options due to being a snowbird and I normally leave for long periods of time. I tried my best to be proactive and try to work something out, instead I was met with a there is nothing we can do to help. I tried to move forward from that unpleasant conversation just to get a $35 dollar fee for a missed appointment from JUNE.. JUNE - 6 MONTHS LATER. I have never been late on my payments, they get paid every month without any issues. When I called and spoke to the new manager, I was once again met with the there is nothing I can do for you. As a manager in the customer service field myself, I know what customer service is and there is a lack for providing a good customer experience. I would have never backed out or had a issue with paying this fee back in JUNE.. I do however have an issue with paying for a fee that should've been charged 6 months ago with no prior notification. I only have another year left and don't want to go through the hassle of having this device taken out and reinstalled by another company. Please do your research and find a place that will take your concerns into consideration.

For anyone having to deal with having a Baiid device I strongly recommend Alcotest. I have dealt with Lissa throughout the entire process and she has always gone above and beyond to take care of any and all issues to include taking the time after business hours when i was locked out and had to get my vehicle to the service provider. I also had to deal with changing from Illinois to Missouri and she made it an easy transition and took care of all the necessary leg work when i wasn't able to. In the future I hope that I neber have to deal with this again but I highly recommend Alcotest for all your Baiid needs and when calling in for the first time just ask for Lissa. She has always gone above and beyond to ensure things are taken care of and done in a timely manner.

Called to transfer Drager service center and was referred to them. Called and told them what was needed and told they didn't service my model, which could have been fine, but didn't offer solution as well. Found them to be lacking customer service skills.
