We are dealing with a illegal wrongful evictions living under greenbriar apartments. The women that work in the office Ariel and Shay are unprofessional and have very cold hearts against most people that live in these apartments. If they don’t like you they will say and do anything to get you put out.They don’t evict the right way they do all the wrong way.They move you in mild and mold apartments and think people not post to have the right to speak on what’s going on. They will get mad because you mad at what they moved you in.Everything that you don’t do is a 1 Least violation.They make rules that’s not even in your least.I had a disagreement with the maintenance men he threaten me and I told him what I would do to him if he was to touch me,It all started with him trying to sale old antique furniture out of vacant apartments and I didn’t want to give him or pay him anything for the table he had already given me,after a week he wanted the table back or some money,I turned him down and politely took the table out of my apartment and brought it outside,As he was walking up to me he got mad and told me I’m lucky to be a female that was the first threat,So I told him if he was to touch me I was going to beat his butt. He went his way and I went my way,The next day I woke up to a eviction letter slid under my door.No one ever called me to see what happened or what was said the two ladies in the office just wanted to evict us saying I threat him when he was the one walked up on me and threaten me so I had the right to stand my ground. It wasn’t no fight or hands thrown no none of that .I even went so far as in calling the police for our own safety,They even said it was a wrongful eviction because no one wanted to roll the cameras back and when they ask the maintenance man did we threaten him he said NO,So how did we get a eviction It’s all discrimination and out of despite in one week.Tuesday they got our car towed on purpose even tho we was still parked out side of the gate with no sign that say NO PARKING and no warning call. A new rule If you don’t have car insurance,Registration or drivers license,You can’t park on the premisses. They went so far as in calling a contractor supervisor all because she helped us ,we cleaned two of these apartments for her and she helped us get our car out of the pound.Remind you we are from Louisiana and have no family or help in memphis trying to make a life. They did it out of Hate.They wanted our car to stay in the pound no matter who helped us,They wanted to see us walking.Ok next step Wednesday we got our back.Thursday I left to handle business come back my toy Maltese dead.Friday we woke up to this eviction that did not come from the court of sheriff’s office.Monday of this week and Tuesday She been blowing up our phone concerning our light bill disconnection notice that was already tooken care of and our lights are still on for one.She want us to go and get her the paper saying csa was paying our bill which I don’t think she post to be in our business like that unless the lights go off after 10 days. They don’t care about us because we are the ones living in low income not them they only come to work for a check and to harass and see people on the streets.I’ve been in memphis 4 Years without one thing on background,Why would I allow them to put a wrongful eviction on our background due to he say she say Why would I allow narcissistic individuals to continue to do others like this? Bad enough we live in low income ,Who has money to get their transportation out of the tow all because they want to tow people cars out of despite? They also have squatters live here ,Men with guns run threw here,They even Do CPN illegal actions here as well.They do not deserve to be greenbriar community least agents at all.They do more wrong then what us tenants do. I wasn’t wrong in neither situation and I won’t let cold hearted people put me in a wrongful situation.I’m fighting for my rights. When did low income apartments start a 3 Day eviction without the 3 Time warning?

Beware! Beware! Beware! Do not rent from these people! They only care about money. They do not care at all about people. They manage a home that I rented a room. They were asked by the owner to inform me of the situation at the house. They had a mentally ill man with schizophrenia, bipolar and an explosive disorder who wasn't paying rent and destroying the property. Living there and they allowed me a woman to move into this situation. My lease started September 1, 2023. I spoke with Cam for few minutes before he hung up on me and called Skylar ( billing) to call me pertaining to billing. She said that Cam lost power, but asked me to call you. I asked how did he have enough power to call you, then? Lies! I never heard from anyone verbally again. They literally ignored the fact of the situation and kept trying to enforce the lease. They stated that the tenants are responsible for the cleaning. Looked like no one has cleaned in months. Flies and knats flying around the entire house! They were flying in my nose each night when I was trying to sleep! This man would be outside at 2am screaming at the top of his lungs. Talking and answering himself. Mind you I had to start a new job on 9.5.23. I thought I was going to get some rest before I started my job. Never did after driving from Vegas to Georgia.

I sent them a picture of a roach on my blanket my first night. They sent me the clause in the leases stating that the tenants are responsible for pest control. I told them that the mentally ill man was abusing the utilities, they sent me the clause that the tenants are responsible for anything over $300 in one month. Mind you I was the only one paying my rent. They were attempting to make me responsible for everything even the plumbing! I had to stop emailing them because they weren't helping me resolve this matter that they created! I moved out on 9.23.23. They are refusing to give me back my deposit! Beware! Beware! Beware! You have bern warned! There is a lot more, trust

I currently live in the Scott Manor apartments located in Sikeston Missouri. Terrible communication. The maintenance staff is very unprofessional and speaks about tenants to other tenants. I have had a water leak in my bathroom for over a year and nothing has been done. I also have been called a liar by said maintenance about thus leak, There is black mold growing on the closet in my bedroom whice isn't safe health wise. Code enforcement will be contacted.

I’ve lived here with my family for 2 years in July 2022, in fair oaks in Little Rock, Ar. I’ve never had roaches in my life until moving here , I’ve complained … I’ve spent x amount of dollars on products and the bug guy occasionally comes by to spray something that seems to attract them. They crawl from upstairs through the vents and drains. The neighbors on top of me are two women and 5 children, they’re noisy all day, until 1,2, a.m every night. I’ve complained, I’ve called security, even had to call the police because someone was fighting. Nothing has been done. No one responds to messages I’ve left or emails. Nothing has been done. I’m not a bad neighbor and I understand that children are going to be loud but the noise that they make is not normal noise. My smoke alarms fall from the vibrations from the jumping, doors rattling nonstop and each ceiling fan sways from those jumps . My heat hasn’t worked since I’ve been here and we’re coming up on a second winter. I’ve got a black gooey substance that leaks out of the drains after you turn the water off in the tubs and bathroom sinks. I have a few more complaints but I’m actually tired of typing. If needed I will supply photos.

My friend was recently fired.. FIRED!! for what you may ask.. she had an issue was asked to submit paperwork. Well she requested the documents they asked for. When she got the documents, she didn't look at them (yes bad for her) she just attached the document and sent it in. Well she them got a visit from corporate, stating that the documents she provided was not real it was a fake. She explained she didn't look she just forwarded. She had nothing else to do with it, she asked someone for i, they sent it. She didn't know it was fake or untrue.
Well she got fired. Not a write up not a hey this seems fake can you please provide something else? Not hey this is fake we have to suspend you without pay. It was hey we don't care. Your fired.
So save yourself from this untrusting, jump to conclusions, embarrassing place to work. JUST WALK AWAY NOW.

They chop everything down they don't weed eat they poison everything The yards look terrible they cut the trees back so much that my electric bill has doubled I don't think it's Alcoa I think it's the people running the facility right now. I love my place until they started chopping everything down and putting poison around the sidewalks because they're too lazy to weed eat that's what the guy gets paid $600 three times a month to do. My yard is a disgrace. Very disappointed now in this place no grass is growing at all in my yard because all the poison and cutting everything down. Not happy no more
