They are always so rude . You call and they put you on hold as soon as they pick up . Leave you in hold for a long time . When they come to the phone they have an attitude the whole time . No customer service whatsoever. I don’t know why ppl have to act this way . No need for it . Seriously.

Pretty terrible company if I could give 0 stars I would. I signed up for them because they offered the best rates. They apparent put in my date of birth wrong I don't know how you mistaken 1993 for 1990 but regardless I went in to have it fixed back in October 2014 which a representative told me it was and that my rates would not be increased. Fast forward to March 2015 date of birth still incorrect and when I tried to have it fixed again they said my rates would go up almost $100. I suggest if you can find another company with prices that are competitive choose the other company this one is full of dumb a$$es

I have had insurance with this Agency for the last 8 years and I am very pleased with how professional the entire staff are with me and my family. We experienced a horrible car accident this past year and were very confused with the whole claim process. The agent Melanie was so helpful and kind. She walked me through the process and even made some calls for me to the adjustor to speed the process up. We had our claim check within 10 days. I couldn't believe it. I got my renewal this month and my rates didn't even go up after making such a big claim on my policy. I have been with many other agents in the past but I will always stay with this company. I totally recommend them.
