It was super easy to order their custom made cover and the price was much less than the pre-made ones I found online.

The sofa cover they made me looks amazing and is super easy to take on and off. The canvas looks very sturdy and it appears to be very well made.

Bought a cover for my welder and chose the heavy fabric. The covered showed up in really nice package, almost as if you were presenting it it to royalty (it was impressive.). As for the cover, it is really well built and all the seams have an extra layer of protection on the insides (like a well made tent.). On top of all that, they were able to print the name brand of the welder on the cover. You would think that the cover came with the welder straight from the factory. Thank you for such a perfect cover Alco.

I had been gifted a cover from AlCO by my parents for a homemade outdoor table i had built. I like it so much, that when I built an outdoor bar to match the table, I ordered a custom cover to match from ALCO. The process to input the custom dimensions was simple, and the cover fits perfectly, seems to be thick and durable, but yet is easy to handle and take on and off. Will definitely come back to ALCO if I decide to add on to my outdoor furniture collection!

I'd give them zero stars if I could. I should have known things were going to be a problem right from beginning. I ordered my grill cover and was told it would be ready in 3 weeks. It took over 2 months to get. It did work great for two years but then the zipper failed. I contacted ALCO about a replacement as they tout their 5 year warranty on their site. They told me to take a bunch of pictures are they would get back to me. After being ignored for 3 weeks, I finally got a response saying that the zipper is not covered under warranty. This is unacceptable. Nowhere on the site does it state that zippers or any other items are not covered under warranty. Also, why did you waste my time with making me take a bunch of pictures (over several different emails) if you were just going to deny my request anyway? Incredibly disappointed. Save you money/money/patience and go elsewhere.

I ordered a cover for our outdoor misting pump motor and it was too big. I contacted the company and after some miscommunication, I was able to get a new cover ordered through Jed Felices. I appreciate his help and am now very happy with my new purchase.

Alco provided a custom-fit cover for my outdoor barbeque island. Their website was easy to use to get the order started. Soon after I submitted my order, I was contacted via email for additional measurements and pictures to ensure the cover would account for all the unique features of my island. In the end, they delivered a cover that was manufactured with high quality, made of very durable material (exactly as stated on their website), and at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Alco for any outdoor covers one might need!
