Dan and Ruth are fabulous chefs. Such a calm, friendly team they served up some beautiful, tasty food of the finest quality and variety. They catered for our every need (including a birthday cake for one of our party) and presented food and wine that was better in our view than the restaurants we visited on their days off! . We cannot wait to enjoy their dishes next year!

What to say about Dan and Ruth? Wow. What a fabulous 5 days of food!

All our guests loved the wonderful food - high quality chefs that really care about making your stay super enjoyable (and delicious!). Photos don't do it justice but the care and preparation for each meal was impressive, service and tidy up too first rate.

They accommodated special breakfast and cake (and dream dinner of ribs!) for one of our guest's birthday and were just lovely people to have around making your vacation seamlessly perfect.

100% booking again for next year!

Just returned from a week in Morzine, and despite having some incredible snow and skiing, one of the absolute highlights was the food and service offered by Dan and Ruth. Easily the best food we’ve ever had on a skiing holiday, with amazing attention to detail. They looked after our party of 6 adults and 5 young children amazingly.
We will certainly be back and won’t hesitate to book in with Dan and Ruth again!

Dan is an excellent chef. He's also incredibly knowledgeable about the Portes du Soleil, as he has been in the area for many years. His menus range from super simple to higher-end catering, and all taste fantastic. He will cook according to all dietary requirements and tastes. Give him a shout well in advance of your trip to Morzine/Les Gets, as he gets booked up quickly.

Dan and Ruth provided exceptional food for our group of 16 (8 adults and 8 children) at our chalet in Morzine. The breakfasts were tasty and offered something for everyone, and we came home to a delicious bake. My personal favourite was the brioche cake. The highlight was our evening meal. The children had their meals earlier than the adults and they loved everything they were given. The adult 3 course meals were fantastic. We ate to fine dining standards every night. The food was faultless. Dan and Ruth are a pleasure to have around - absolutely lovely people who work so hard and really put their hearts into what they do. We hope to return to Morzine and would definitely ask Dan and Ruth to cater for us again. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Dan and Ruth were awesome, there to look after our every need. Breakfast was fantastic and the four course evening meal was exceptional. Previous chef services we’ve had were just a single person but having both Dan and Ruth working together felt like we were in our very own restaurant!

This was our second year using Dan and Ruth, and we're looking forward to our third already! Really tasty meals served unobtrusively, great variety of dishes. All likes and dislikes were catered for, no shortage of wine. Fantastic. Could not recommended highly enough.
