I really enjoyed my experience with Paul Miller Audi. I worked with Albert Chua who was sincere in finding me the car that I wanted and at the price that made sense for both of us. Unlike other Audi dealerships I went to, Paul Miller seemed to want to help me find the right car versus just try and put me into something that they had on the lot that day. Obviously, every dealership likes to negotiate but I found that Albert and the Paul Miller Audi team were sincere and transparent with the process. I am really happy with the car buying process there along with the car that I bought!

The best car buying experience I have ever had. I will make the drive from Buffalo NY to NJ when I'm ready to upgrade. Angelo Simone helped me purchase a CPO 21 Audi S4 January 2024. I wholeheartedly and sincerely recommend Angelo for any new or used car purchase. He has spectacular attention to detail and excellent communication skills. He ensured the purchase experience was seamless-he had small flaws and imperfections expected from a used car unexpectedly fixed prior to delivery and made sure the car was showroom condition on pick up. I had told him I had never purchased a new car, so on delivery day he made it feel like a new car purchase-with the window-sticker posted to the window and extremely thorough walk around. Angelo was also extremely kind and respectful to my family who was with me on pick up and included them in the whole process. He also followed up, even several weeks after the purchase, to make sure the car was up to standard. He even went out of his way to answer a question when I inadvertently messaged him on his day off. I don’t commonly write reviews but I felt Angelo’s level of care and compassion were extremely commendable. I have never received this level of service from any other sales associate or dealership in that matter. I highly recommend Angelo and Paul Miller Audi for anyone in the market. I hope to be able to work with him in the future on another Audi. Thank you very much for everything Angelo!

Avoid This Dealership at All Costs- License Plate Nightmare!!!!!!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a vehicle from Paul Miller Audi, and let me tell you, it was an absolute disaster… I drove all the way from CT, expecting a great experience- especially since I previously purchased a different vehicle at Audi Manhattan, so I thought this dealership would handle things just as well (Boy are they 2 different worlds).

First and foremost, the staff at this dealership seem to have mastered the art of ignoring customers, making excuses, and clearly weren’t taught anything about accountability. After I signed the paperwork, paid for all necessary fees, and drove off with my new car, I assumed that would be the end of it. Little did I know, I was in for a 2-month-long nightmare just to get my license plates and registration…
2 MONTHS. Yes, you read that correctly. It took an absurd two months for them to get my license plates ready. I mean, how hard is it to process some paperwork? Apparently, it's rocket science at Paul Miller Audi.
But wait, it gets better. During those 2 agonizing months of waiting, I tried calling the dealership countless times to inquire about the status of my plates, but it was like my calls were being directed straight into a black hole of incompetence and excuses.
Oh don't even get me started on the excuses. Every time I called, they had a different excuse ready to go. "Oh, it's the DMV's fault." "Our paperwork got lost." "There's a backlog." Blah, blah, blah. It was one lame excuse after another, and none of them were remotely believable. They even said CT changes their laws all the time, they can’t keep track, and that I'm not the only customer that they're worrying about… You’d think I was registering a yacht, not a car. Keep in mind this is what they were telling me, KNOWING that my temporary plates expired and I was no longer able to drive my vehicle due to their incompetence...
By the time I finally received my license plates, I was beyond exhausted and drained from this experience. Imagine purchasing a vehicle that costs $50k, just to not have the ability to drive it for nearly an entire month.
In conclusion, unless you enjoy having your time wasted, do yourself a favor and steer clear of PAUL MILLER Audi. There are plenty of other dealerships out there that actually know how to do their jobs, my family is a huge Audi family, we even purchased our Q5 at Audi Manhattan (An AMAZING EXPERIENCE, which made me believe this dealership would operate the same way, but clearly not). Trust me, you'll thank me later.
